Transition from military service to collision repair

The transition from military service to civilian life can be a challenge. But Caliber is devoted to giving back to the men and women who have given so much to our country. Our Changing Lanes CSP training gives you new skills for a purpose-filled career in the collision repair industry.

New classes start every five weeks with job placement opportunities offered at one of our Caliber locations upon successful completion. Upon placement, Caliber will provide you with a Gearwrench professional tools package and tailored training plan to continue your career path.

What to expect
