My name is SSgt Curry. I'm an active duty Air Force Staff Sergeant currently stationed in Iraq. My mother, Karen recently brought in my Dodge Caravan to have some damages reparied. I would like to thank your establishment for doing an outstanding job on my vechile and providing me with excellent customer service. The coordination process was done mostly via email/telephone and I appreciate your patience while working with a soldier who is thousands of miles away. Please accept this letter of appreciation & souvenirs on my behalf. I am proud to defend citizens like you.

To Whom It May Concern
I am writing to tell all, my experience with CCC of Downtown San Diego, CA. When we had our accident the local tow service told me about a body shop that would take care of half of my deductible, if I took my business to them. So I did my research as a wise consumer would and the neighbor hood wasn't that great. Then I went to a shop that was around the corner from my house. I was very unimpressed, the minute I heard from one of the employees talking on the phone to someone that their payroll checks were stolen from the mailbox. I said to myself "Next." So then I went to a reputable dealership, that was nice, but couldn't guarantee me a 5 or less day turnaround. They said at least ten days, then the insurance said they would have to send an appraiser that would take about 4 business days plus paperwork time. At last, they recommended CCC of Downtown SD. So I set up an appointment and from the time I showed up I was glad I went there. I could not believe the great people who work there. It was like I was in Texas again. Most places around San Diego want to charge an arm and a leg for every little thing, but nor here at CCC. I then dropped off my vehicle on a Monday and the next day was told a 7day turn around, then later they said on Friday, so I said OK. I knew I was in good hands. It was to my amazement they called me on Wednesday and said it would be ready on Thursday. I said are u sure we are talking about the right vehicle? They said yes.
In closing the customer service that was provided by all the staff was amazing. Again you all are rated 5 stars on my list, and I look forward to doing business with you again
I will be referring customers to this location specifically. My vehicle looks like new and love the way it turned out. as for the time it took to get it done, outstanding performance.
I really am glad I chose this location.

I am writing to compliment you on your staff member, Kat. She was assigned to do an estimate and help us with our auto repairs on 11/16/09. That day my car was sideswiped in a parking lot. The teen driver stayed at the scene and provided insurance information, but his parents wanted to pay privately. Kat did extra work to communicate with the third party and was always very professional and helpful. Kat went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of and frequently updated us as to the progress made. As a manager myself, I appreciate when quality work is acknowledged. Thank you Kat for all your help.

I visited the location in Lewisville, Texas and I must say they have the most polite group of employees I've encountered in a long time!.
Aaron Price, one of the Service Advisors was very professional and the body work was completed as promised.
Even when there was an issue with the rental car company, Aaron followed up to make sure i was taken care of. Great experience all around.

I have used the Round Rock Commerce location twice now on different cars and both times I have been fully satified with their customer service and quality of work. They really go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Big D was my contact and he took good care of us. This is a place I can send my wife for a car repair and not worry about a thing.

Dear Caliber Collision,
A few weeks ago, I was in a minor accident. I contacted my insurance company to report the accident. They set up the appointment with your company. On the appointment day, I was so nervous and upset, not knowing what to expect. I was assigned Aliyavor (Alex) Betancourt as my service advisor. He listened to me ramble about the accident. After he performed the preliminary inspection of the car, he set my mind at ease about the damage to my car. “Alex” kept me well-informed about the repair process on my vehicle. Alex should be commended for being courteous, professional and providing stellar customer service.

Nick Ramirez walked me through the process and made it as seamless as possible. i work in the CEO office of my company and deal with complaints. Dear Caliber Collision:
A few weeks ago I was in need of your company’s assistance and I wanted to send a letter of thanks for the great service I received.
Within the past year, I have dealt with other repair shops through claims on my own auto insurance and can confidently say that Caliber Collision is by far the most professional, pleasant, efficient, and competent business of them all.
Of course, exceptional customer service cannot be possible without the people who provide it, and the most instrumental person in providing me with such a pleasant experience was Andrew Layus. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and he kept me well-informed of the progress of the repair. The attention he paid to my claim made me truly feel like I was an appreciated customer. He was always available, returned my calls in a prompt manner, and addressed me with respect.
Working in Poway made it difficult for me to return to your facility before 5pm to pick up the vehicle. However, Andrew’s mere presence at work, and what I believe was a showing of dedication to his job after your regular business hours, made it possible for me to retrieve the vehicle. What could have otherwise been an unpleasant, arduous, and inconvenient necessity was turned into an amiable encounter as a result of Andrew’s attention to customer care.
I’d also like to mention that other staff at your facility made the experience enjoyable. Alma, in the front lobby, was so organized and efficient; I never had to wait. I believe that Caliber Collision is very fortunate to have her in that position because it appeared to me that she holds the place together.

Dear Caliber Collision:
I would like to take the time to express my gratitude for the exemplary service I received, not once, but twice at the Downtown San Diego Center on Kettner Blvd. I had the unfortunate experience of being involved in 2 separate accidents within 3 weeks. The service advisor I was given was Matt Senner, who was very congenial and service oriented through both visits.
I must say that it is very satisfying to pick up your truck and drive away with it being in completely sparkling condition! I know that this could not be accomplished without the teamwork of the entire staff at the Downtown San Diego Center. From the receptionist to the body workers, painters, management, and of course Matt ... this positive experience would have never taken place.
I would really appreciate it if you would take the time to recognize this location for their above and beyond service. I will, without a doubt, recommend their services to friends, co-workers, and family in the future. Thank you for your time.

I would like to commend you on the superior service I receive in the repair of my Infiniti G35 at your 7300 Rosewood Ave, Fort Worth, Texas location. The work performed on my car well exceeded my expectations. I was amazed by the results!
Specifically I would like to commend Paul L. Wolgamott. His dedication to the highest quality of service made me feel at ease and confident my car was being repaired correctly. His commitment to the highest quality was evident. Once working with him, it is easy to understand why you have the upmost professional service. He goes well beyond what is to be expected.

Hi!. I just wanted to express my thank you for the great job Caliber has provided for me and my family. There is a young man named Jerry who works in the Indio office who has gone way and beyond to make sure that our needs were met. My daughter Elia was in small accident that did take the entire front of her 2001 Honda CRV off. We took it there and Jerry was ready to help out. We had to leave the car there for almost 3 weeks, but he called the second or third day to keep us post dated on the work that was done and was going to get done. Also he had the car rental place come and pick us up, while we waited he offered us some thing to drink since we do live in the desert area. I was so impressed with him. I work in a huge office with about 300 people and let me tell you. After it was all said and done I brought back business cards and passed them out to my co works to include doctors and surgeons. My daughter works for Hyatt Hotels and she did the same thing. I guess it is true that word of mouth is always the best way to get your company name out Thank you once again and I would love if Jerry is recognized in some way.

Recently I took my 2002 Pontiac Grand Am to get repaired at your body shop located at 1153 S. Cedar Ridge Duncanville, TX 75137...the insurance company that was supposed to pay for my damages took longer than expected but your employee Brian Johnson made the time without my vehicle more bearable by constantly calling me to keep me informed and gave me timely updates. I just would like you to know how pleasant Brian was to work with and what a good employee you have there in Brian Johnson if you did not already know!!!

Dear Caliber Collision Centers:
I wanted to write in recognition of the service I recently received at the Caliber Collision Centers located in Pacific Beach, San Diego, California. I was recommended to this facility by my insurance provider, after being in a minor fender bender.
I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. The facility was clean, organized, and appeared to be well managed. I've been to other auto shops in the past, and Caliber Collision was by far the nicest and most pleasant experience I've encountered. Lola, who pleasantly handled the front desk, was wonderful. My service advisor was Chris Kuhlmey, who provided professional service that exceeded my expectations.
Not only did my final bill come in lower than the estimate, they even washed my car, which was quite dirty when I dropped it off. The repair was completed an entire day before I expected. All of these little details add up, and customers do notice and appreciate them. I am happy that my 2007 Camry looks as good as new.
I wanted to send a heartfelt thank you to both Lola and Chris for making what can be an inconvenient and stressful experience exactly the opposite.
Although I hope to not need these types of services in the figure, I would be happy to refer my friends and family should they need repair work to their vehicles.
