I am writing to compliment you on your staff member, Kat. She was assigned to do an estimate and help us with our auto repairs on 11/16/09. That day my car was sideswiped in a parking lot. The teen driver stayed at the scene and provided insurance information, but his parents wanted to pay privately. Kat did extra work to communicate with the third party and was always very professional and helpful. Kat went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of and frequently updated us as to the progress made. As a manager myself, I appreciate when quality work is acknowledged. A few weeks ago, I was in a minor accident. I contacted my insurance company to report the accident. They set up the appointment with your company.
