SUBJECT: LETTER OF APPRECIATION Hello Caliber Collision My name is SSgt Curry. I'm an active duty Air Force Staff Sergeant currently stationed in Iraq. My mother, Karen recently brought in my Dodge Caravan to have some damages reparied. I would like to thank your establishment for doing an outstanding job on my vechile and providing me with excellent customer service. The coordination process was done mostly via email/telephone and I appreciate your patience while working with a soldier who is thousands of miles away. To Whom It May Concern
I am writing to tell all, my experience with CCC of Downtown San Diego, CA. When we had our accident the local tow service told me about a body shop that would take care of half of my deductible, if I took my business to them. So I did my research as a wise consumer would and the neighbor hood wasn't that great. Then I went to a shop that was around the corner from my house. I was very unimpressed, the minute I heard from one of the employees talking on the phone to someone that their payroll checks were stolen from the mailbox. I said to myself "Next." So then I went to a reputable dealership, that was nice, but couldn't guarantee me a 5 or less day turnaround. They said at least ten days, then the insurance said they would have to send an appraiser that would take about 4 business days plus paperwork time. At last, they recommended CCC of Downtown SD. So I set up an appointment and from the time I showed up I was glad I went there. I could not believe the great people who work there. It was like I was in Texas again. Most places around San Diego want to charge an arm and a leg for every little thing, but nor here at CCC. I then dropped off my vehicle on a Monday and the next day was told a 7day turn around, then later they said on Friday, so I said OK. I knew I was in good hands. It was to my amazement they called me on Wednesday and said it would be ready on Thursday. I said are u sure we are talking about the right vehicle? They said yes.
In closing the customer service that was provided by all the staff was amazing. Again you all are rated 5 stars on my list, and I look forward to doing business with you again I will be referring customers to this location specifically. My vehicle looks like new and love the way it turned out. as for the time it took to get it done, outstanding performance. I really am glad I chose this location.

I am writing to compliment you on your staff member, Kat. She was assigned to do an estimate and help us with our auto repairs on 11/16/09. That day my car was sideswiped in a parking lot. The teen driver stayed at the scene and provided insurance information, but his parents wanted to pay privately. Kat did extra work to communicate with the third party and was always very professional and helpful. Kat went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of and frequently updated us as to the progress made. As a manager myself, I appreciate when quality work is acknowledged. Thank you Kat for all your help.

To Whom It May Concern: I visited the location in Lewisville, Texas and I must say they have the most polite group of employees I've encountered in a long time!. Aaron Price, one of the Service Advisors was very professional and the body work was completed as promised.
Even when there was an issue with the rental car company, Aaron followed up to make sure i was taken care of. Great experience all around.
