"Awesome service!! 5 out of 5 Stars all the way around. This is the location we use when needed and it is a further drive from our home, since another Caliber shop is literally a mile from our home. Kathy and her staff kept us informed and were excellent to work with as usual. The car was repaired and looks great. It was washed and looked like new at pick up! Kathy went the extra mile to make sure all our concerns were addressed. The rental was handled seamlessly. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars for Kathy and her team, I would. "These guys are super-nice. Last week I noticed lots of scratches in 2 areas on my otherwise shiny black Sportwagen. It took me a while to figure out that they were from my son using the rough side of a kitchen sponge to clean off some bird poop. The service advisor Andy Ginn couldn’t be certain that the scratches would come out, but he asked the guys to try. They succeeded! The clear coat looked better than new. I would have been happy to pay a lot, but they refused to charge me. You don’t always expect to have fun and be grateful at a body shop!"
