"When my mechanic noticed a small rust spot under the paint of my new vehicle, my warranty holder directed me to Caliber Collision for the repair. The people at the front desk were very friendly when I dropped the van off, and even provided me with a face mask when I realized I left mine at home. Just two days later the repairs were done and there’s absolutely no evidence of any work being done; it looks brand new. Caliber Collision kept me up to date via text on estimated completion time, and did an amazing job taking care of my vehicle. If I ever need body work done in the future, this is where I’m taking my car!"

"Update: we received a phone all from the manager Jake. He was incredibly apologetic and understanding of the situation. He offered to replace the battery if it fails to hold a charge and promised to speak to his team. We dropped my wife’s car off to get painted after some gravel damages. After a while of it being there we were finally able to pick up (insurance company kept delaying and avoiding communication). We arranged to pick it up on June 2 2020. We showed up an hour and half before closing time and the car was still not ready so we had to wait until 1200 the following day. When we showed up at 330pm, the vehicle was still not washed (that’s why we couldn’t pick it up the prior day) so we had to wait a few minutes for that. We drove off to get some prescriptions filled. When we tried to leave the pharmacy the car was dead. Turns out the battery died from sitting so long and they had to jump it to bring it around to us. They never told us this. Now it’s 4pm and 89 degrees outside and we are trying to get a car started. When we called they just said that they were sorry for not telling us. I wanted to speak to a manager and was told he wasn’t in and would call me first thing in the morning. It’s now 120pm with no phone call. I’m very disappointed at the lack of communication from this company to their customers. They put my wife and I at risk by not telling us the car battery is dead and should be driven a while before turning it off. The only thing that makes this whole situation worse (disclaimer: they didn’t know) is that we just spent 4 hours in the ER for a back injury of mine and now I’m out trying to move around under a hood)."

"My name is Jake Dellinger. HANDS DOWN I could not be any happier with the service I received from Caliber Collision. From the front desk to the technicians everyone was absolutely amazing. They painted the hood of my wife's 2020 Honda Accord 2.0T Sport. Looks like it came straight from Honda. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLAY TO ANYONE!!!"
