W-2 or 1095 Requests: Current Caliber teammates can access their W-2s and 1095s through Workday > Pay Worklet; former Caliber teammates can access them through ADP at www.myadp.com (Caliber’s registration code is CALIBERCOL-92614)
Benefits Information: You can get assistance with your benefits questions by calling our Benefit Center at 844.213.9961, or going online to www.mycaliberbenefits.com
Wage/Employment Verification: If you are obtaining a loan or need wage or employment verification for any other purpose, you can contact ADP’s The Work Number, by directing your lender or other entity to go to www.theworknumber.com; they will need your SSN and our Employer Code (15449).
